I'm Back

Hello there, long time no see.

I'm sorry to leave you without any post for about four months. I've been busy with pieces of life and college thingy. By the way, I just finished my internship in senior high school as, let say, a teacher since July. I got a lot of fun and great experiences during the internship as a teacher there. Now, since I'm on the 7th semester (God, I'm old), I'm starting to work on my thesis which is about English literature. Gaaah, can't believe that I'm finally starting to work on that thing. And hopefully I can get through this semester. So, what have you been up to, mates?

Aaahh, finally new post! I know it's such a long time since my last post -- Call me a bad blogger, then. Life's getting crazy lately due to the uni life. The past three weeks have been full of cramming for tests and panicking over assignments. Gosh, I'm on the sixth semester right now. So, it is just a quick update just in case you want to know what I did lately :p

 1. Became a daily-library-visitor due to the mid term test.

 2. Random shot of a bookshelf. This is heaven!

3. Finally got this book after longing for months. Yay!

 4. And it's officially broken.

5. It is not #ootd picture. It's just an usual grocery shopping with mum.

6. My handmade pouch with owl stitch that I made several months ago.

Now it's time to go and catch some zzzs. Gonna have a morning class tomorrow. I hope you enjoy your days! 

Happy Thoughts

Been feeling well and happy this past few days, probably because I quite enjoy with what I am doing right now. And I am also lucky enough to find my favorite friends, the people I am happy to be with.
Life is too short to miss out on being happy. Be with someone who makes you happy
and do what  makes you oh-so happy.

It's 2013 and Hey I'm Still Alive!

First of all, I would like to say a happy belated new year to you! So, it's 2013 and we still alive, people! It proves that Mayan's doomsday is only a rumor. By the way, how's your new year's eve? Mine was not that good since it was raining all day long on the new year's eve. So, I decided to stay at home and le bf came to my home at that night, though we didn't spend the NYE till the countdown. Talking about NY' resolution, actually I don't have specific resolutions for this year. I just hope that everything is gonna be OK and everyone is blessed with infinite happiness.
And what am I going to do in this month? Hm, since I got a long long holiday from 24th of December till February, I've made some lists of things to do; mostly related to make handmade things. I also planned to make more writings in this blog during this holiday and read more books also. Oh, and strolling around the town, taking more pics with my analog camera, and eating delicious food sound good. Probably, I'll do that also just by myself (since le bf is having his social internship program till the end of January). Well, I think it's enough for this post. Ttyl, people!

This is another post about things that I've done lately based on my instagram account :p

1. It's december already which means that Christmas is getting closer, yay! Actually I haven't decorated my christmas tree but I've made a decoration. This one is a handmade reindeer from felt. After having my exam week, I'm going to make another handmade decoration for my christmas tree. Can't wait! 2. A random pic of my red notebook with its "5th semester. OMG!". Can't believe that this challenging semester is going to be over soon. Whoa. Time flies! 3 & 4. Had dinner with boyfriend at Aglioo, a pizza and pasta restaurant in Tirtodipuran, Yogyakarta. Their pasta and pizza are scrumptious! Me want moreee :9 5. Haha, this a pic of my boyfriend and I. By the way, this november was our second anniversary. I hope that we can celebrate more anniversaries in the future. Xx. 6. Afternoon talk with le bf before having 4PM class. Gonna miss this moment since he's gonna be busy with his social internship program.

Mumbling

Procrastinating. Doing pile of assignments till midnight. Waking up late in the morning. Becoming a late-comer every day. Being sleepy in many classes. Eating lots of food. Getting that panda's eyes. These are things that happened to me lately. As long as I'm not complaining too much, I can do these things wholeheartedly.

Ps: It's almost 3 AM in the morning when I'm writing this and I'm still wide awake after doing my assignments. Not really sure that I can wake up earlier this morning.

Oh, Hi, College Life!

Lately, days are clouded with academic things since I'm on the fifth semester. Somehow it's hard to believe that I have covered 50% of my journey in college. Seniors said that the fifth semester is a semester of God Bless You since there are lots of assigned readings, academic essays, theories on assessment, many group projects, and so on and so on. So I'm just taking 19 credits this semester and having 8 classes to attend. Some of them belong to basic language course in advanced level (i think) while the rest belong to language-teaching-courses and linguistics course. It's like a challenge for me because I'm also taking play performance class this semester, a course which takes a lot of time to do the preparation. Just fyi, play perfomance class is a course where the students work in groups to produce a script and produce a drama which will be performed at the end of the semester. It's fun actually though sometimes I feel bloody tired after having physical exercises, but I really enjoy the process of producing a drama! Well, I have to admit that it's not that easy to manage my time well in this semester. I have to stick with the to-do-list so I can finish the other works in time.(Did I tell you that I'm a good procrastinator? No? Mm, well, actually I'm good at procrastinating so I start keeping an agenda and write the what-to-do-today on my agenda. It helps me a lot in managing my time. It works quite well on me. Seriously. And I'm happy about that. Ha!) Fuh, just hope that I can pass this semester well. Brace my self and cross the fingers.

Waking Up in a Good Mood

Woke up late in the morning, ate lots of deli food, read a new magazine, browsed like a boss, went out with boyfriend, had yummy dinner, went to favorite bookstore, laughed a lot, and went to bed late. This what I did to spent my Saturday. And I really enjoyed it.

So, in other words....

Bahagia itu sederhana. Sesederhana menikmati hari Sabtu tanpa mengerjakan hal-hal yang berbau akademis.

Ha! This is my life lately, according to some pics which were taken from my phone.

1. Went to a favorite bookstore in town. I'm not exaggerating but staying there too long can make me bankrupt cos I want to grab those good books. 2. Wore my pinky stripes shirt. Who doesn't love stripes? Everybody does! 3. Had delicious late lunch with friends at Leko. Their food are great anyway. 4. Had Murakami's book as a summer reading. Whoa! I finally got this book after waiting for years. 5. Bought a tote-bag at garage sale. I think it's gonna be my favorite bag. 6. Got Fujica M1 from a thrift store which the price was bloody cheap! Cant wait to develop the first roll.

I Think I Need More Books

Holiday has passed for two weeks, but still, I get no fixed plans for this holiday. Really want to go Surabaya even Bali but it seems hard and impossible since the situation is, let me say, bad. So, what do you do, Nin?  Nothing special, just doing some old hobbies like crafting and reading some new books. Well, to be honest, I'm super into cooking lately. I looked for some easy recipes of delicious food. (Err, I know that I'm not that briliant at cooking and taking good pictures of it). Gonna show you the result later on, as long as I am not so lazy to post it :p Maybe stay at home and make something great all the time will be my plans for this long holiday.

Met bestfriends at the well-known pizza restaurant in the town after having group discussion with college mates for final assignments. Yeah, finally the challenging semester has come to an end. I'm ready to say goodbye to the fourth semester *waving hands* :D It's time for holiday kiddo!
